AND, they appear to be doing someting to cut overhead. Gee, wish we could have had SNL's management.<BR/><BR/>What LANS is doing is "avoiding litigation." The liklihood is that mostly direct-funded TSMs and TECs have signed on for the buyout. SO, the ratio of indirec-funded to direct-funded employees will increase and, compounded with fixed costs, our overhead rates will further increase.
