Rumor

Not (necessarily) RIF related, from TA-55 land:

Today's rumor from LANL, for what it's worth, is that actually filling [one? more?] of these vault rooms to stated capacity would have created a neutron multiplication exponent ("k") of 1.1; they were supposedly running at k = ~0.75 ["three quarters" -- didn't mean to imply 2 significant digits] but had no idea about this due to an error made decades ago.
