  9. The LANL workforce's stupor over all that's transpired the past few years is surpassed only by LLNL's mind boggling stupidity. After seeing what LANL experienced you still have some Livermorons that don't get it, or act surprised, express distress, and god knows can't even manage to keep up a blog for more than a couple of months. NIF was a political decision to reward California's most clueless Lab with a large project that it couldn't begin to understand, much less finish. Enough said.

  11. The problem here is that we should be directing our comments to the problem. It is not ourselves, but the politicians, the corporations that "buy" political favors, and the average American who has to work for minimum wages and buy inferior "made in China" products. We struggle to pay our bills, lead a good life, love our children, save for their educational future and our retirement.

The American ideal is slowly slipping away because we no longer have any values, any beliefs, any desire to work. One would like to see our politicians work for us, and not for the lobbies who "buy" their votes. LLNL and LANL should work together because we are both heading down the road to extinction because "corporate America" will make pit building another product by the lowest bid conractor.

Government doesn't care about our issues. We shouldonly care about ourselves.

  12. Good observation, 9:06.

What America needs is a good, old-fashioned war right here on our own soil, to get Americans united in something we all can believe in.

  16. Hey Gus!
I can understand some people making fun of LLNL but what is disturbing to me is that, you, as a LANL Blog moderator, are participating in this
    activity.

That is no longertrue; that was immediately corrected; The BLOG moderator has volunteered to do this to carry on the LLNL blog torch and may not be as versed in the blog world as the LANL's blog moderator. Give him/her a break!
