Gus,
I want to suggest that it might do some of the LANL folks a bit of good to get away from Los Alamos for a little Mardi Gras celebration this Tuesday evening. The Los Alamos Hill Stompers Band is leading a Fat Tuesday pub crawl in Santa Fe for the fourth year running. This year, the crawl starts at the historic La Fonda bar at 6:30pm. For the historians: noted LANL WW-II spy Klaus Fuchs was known to frequent the bar at la Fonda. However, please spy on your own time; this Tuesday is for music and drinking.
From La Fonda, the crawl will proceed across the plaza to The Ore House, then Evangelo's Cocktail Bar, followed by the St. Francis Hotel, and finally ending at the Tin Star Saloon. Everybody is welcome.
Laissez Les Bon Temps Roulez!
